Sponsor a Child Network (SCN) is a network of individuals who are concerned with creating an enabling environment for needy bright students in rural Malawi to realise their academic potential. It was established on 1 July 2005 by a team of University of Malawi researchers after encountering a number of intelligent children in the rural areas who are unable to attend school due to financial hardships.
Giving them a FUTURE!!!

A real good initiative! How many needy children are already getting support? How would one participate or contribute? PROUD OF YOU GUYS! But you may need a lady as part of the secretariat - what do you think?
This is a very good initiative indeed but is it an all-men project? Please don't tell me that you dont have ladies out there that are willing to be involved! We must appreciate the need for women to take part in such a project otherwise people (lady sponsors) may have mixed reactions to it. I would also suggest displaying a better picture that depicts school going children and not village children who look hopeless! Put something that will motivate the sponsor and not one that gives no hope to improve a child's life style. These are my personal views.
